Symbols of Spring

As we move into this first day spring, I invite you to join me in taking a moment to pause; feel into your breath, your body - just for a moment - together in presence let's look to its symbols and

WELCOME the start of SPRING!

We've all had moments where life as we knew it shifted forever. The start or end of relationships, a birth or death, loss or win...

Though the weight of the scale often changes,

the cycles of life remain hinged.

Once again, the natural world reflects our own nature in this seasonal shift from winter to spring.

Once again, the natural world reflects our own nature in this seasonal shift from winter to spring.

May we find solace in the symbolism of shifting seasons,

particularly thiswinter melting into spring.

May we find strength and hope, perhaps even a sigh of relief, as we mindfully engage in a united response; bravely facing the uncertainty, truth and potential each present moment brings.

Given the global health crisis that is unfolding at this time - it is more important than ever that we support ourselves, families and communities in taking action to engage in opportunities to cultivate presence.

Doing so can help to broaden our perspectives, calm our nervous systems and open us to sharing in the fullness of our lives - all of which are needed,

especially at this time!
